Stick Robot

Function:

• Fully automatic stick placement.
• The system handles both sticks and bearers. Incoming stick bundles can contain both sticks and bearers which will be separated and placed on the packages.
• The system also handles thin sticks for dry packages, which is perfect to use in combi sorting lines.
• Cuts the thin sticks automatically according to the package width.

Specification:

Stick dimensions:
• Length 1100-2500 mm
• Width 15-75 mm
• Thickness 15-35 mm
Bearers should be square and at least 2.5 times thicker than sticks.

Sticks for dry packages:
• Width 15-50 mm
• Thickness 6-25 mm

The stick robot line is adapted to a dimension of sticks, bearers and dry package sticks.

Capacity:

• Up to 15 layers per minute for packages with a maximum of 12 sticks/layer and a maximum package length of 6.2 meters.
